Mustard oil is a popular cooking oil used for centuries due to its unique flavour and potential health benefits. Recently, through research and development and advancements in agricultural practices, we have been able to bring down the level of erucic acid from around 40 % to around 2% which is negligible, making it a healthier alternative to the traditional variety. Few benefits of Akrivis mustard oil are:
